I once saw this somewhere and found it so cute for guests and tried it out with the dough from ‘Tarte de Cebolla’, which worked out great!
All you need is quite what you always have at home:
A bit of salt
1 small egg
White wine (as much as you need – until the dough gets slightly moist but good to roll out)
Prepare it 20min before you do your pasta, because it will take that long to bake.
A sweet idea would be for example using very small baking pans, like that you could bake many baskets at the same time and present little pasta-starters / appetizers for your guests!
