Au Gratin Potatoes

Another super simple recipe for you. So easy it hurts, it is suitable for fine dinners to be served with meat and veggies, as well as for parties and barbecues, when you expect lots of people and have limited time.

You slice your raw potatoes thinly and place them nicely in a baking ban. Prepare about 200ml of cream, put it in a bowl and add some herbs, salt, pepper and nutmeg to it. Pour it over your potatoes. Add grated cheese on top. Bake [for about 45 minutes] till cheese is melted and golden brown and your potatoes are cooked.
